Encore is the Ultimate Dance Experience. Our events provide a fun packed day schedule of competitions in all styles for all ages and abilities, workshops and showcases.

THIS IS A QUALIFIER FOR ENCORE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026. YOU NEED TO ATTEND ENCORE CYPRUS CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026 TO COMPETE IN ALL ENCORE STYLES & CATEGORIES (TEAMS, DUOS & SOLOS) AT ENCORE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026.

COMPETITION

We will be offering Teams, Solo & Duo competitions in a variety of styles.

Age Categories (For Teams, Solos & Duos):
Under 8s (ages 4-7)
Under 12s (8-11)
Under 16s (12-15)
Under 18s (16-18)
Over 18s (18+)

Teams – You may choose a maximum of  FOUR Dance Styles from the below to compete in as a team. 

• Musical Theatre
• Jazz
• Contemporary / Lyrical
• Commercial
• Ballet / Tap

Team Divisions: Beginner & Intermediate

All TEAM music should be 2 mins, 30 Seconds maximum. (Please note teams will be penalised if their music exceeds this)
The Top 3 Teams, Solos and Duos will be placed with trophies and medals (1st-3rd place)

TEAM MUSIC: To submit your Team Music, please email it to motionblue@cytanet.com.cy as an MP3 with the Age Division, Team Name & Category clearly stated. Please also provide a back up on the day (e.g. USB, Phone, Laptop etc…)

Solos – You may choose a maximum of ONE Dance Style from the below to compete in as a Solo. 

• Commercial
• Contemporary/Lyrical

Solo Division: Beginner

Commercial Solos:
Music will be chosen at random by the DJ. It will be a set BPM suitable for the ability & age of the Dancers in that category.

Contemporary / Lyrical Solos:
Music will be SET SONGS for all heats (INCLUDING THE FINAL) The list of Set Songs for the Finals will be listed in December 2025.

Duos – You may choose a maximum of TWO Dance Styles from the below to compete in as a Duo.

• Commercial
• Contemporary/Lyrical
• Musical Theatre/Jazz

Duo Division: Beginner

The DJ will play the set tracks for each age category. The track will be played from the beginning for approx 60 seconds.

Dancers are permitted to choreograph 6 counts of 8, and then keep repeating this if they wish. There will be approx. 5 – 10 duos on the floor at one time.

Ticket Prices

Dancer Ticket: €25 per day *
Includes;

• Entry into event
• Compete In 4 Teams.
• Compete in 2 x Duo Style & 1 x Solo Style
• Participation Medal
• Qualification E – Certificate to the Encore World Championships 2026
• 1 x Free Workshop of your choice

*There is a €10 extra fee for dancers for each extra style / genre they want to compete in.

Spectator Ticket: One day pass – €20 | Two day pass – €30

• Watch the Competition for the whole day
